This Site describes Mobile Notary, Notary Public, Notary Service, Loan Document Signing, Traveling Notary, General Notary, Notary Signing Agent, Mobile Notary Services provided by Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Julia Clayton Mobile Notary Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. NV law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NV, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
